The Eco tents were perfect for glamping! The fact there was only three tents made it very cosy. Even had a TV and the WIFI was really good. Estefan and Miguel were great hosts and very informative about what to do and where to go- even offered to escort us on a trek. The breakfast was excellent value for money as was the mini bar. Would definitely go again.

This place is awesome! Owner Conrad is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. El Valle is nice but the tents with it's great facilities and garden wildlife being a unique and lovely overnight experience really added to this trip. We were sad to see the place for sale, but the good news is they are looking for new owners that will continue the eco lodge as they started it.

The experience of sleeping in a tent without compromise comfort is great. Bed was comfortable, and the room & bathroom clean. Also we were able to take our dog with us which made our trip more fun! The owner/manager is a very nice guy.

Amé el lugar, algo totalmente diferente y privado. La comodidad es increíble y alrededor de la naturaleza, sin ruidos de la calle y además cerca de todo.

Al ser de tela y estar cerca de la carretera y otras casas puede molestar un poquito el ruido, para mi nada importante.
El concepto es muy bueno y esta bastante más limpio y acogedor que muchos hoteles. El área para desayunar y la posibilidad de usar la barbacoa. El gerente es súper amable y siempre con una historia que contar y el joven de seguridad en la noche muy educado y servicial.

Nos encantó estar inmersos en la naturaleza en estas tiendas de lujo...fue una experiencia inolvidable. Su dueño siempre atento y brindandonos información más que detallada de todas las actividades posibles. El sonido en la noche...era la selva...A diez cuadras del centro del pueblo. Volveremos algún día para revivir esta hermosa experiencia.

Kare lodge es un fantástico lugar para descansar en medio de la naturaleza, los hermanos que lo regentan son superenrrollados, te dan información de la zona, la comida es exquisita y además disponen de bicis para visitar este maravilloso valle con un clima excelente. Hay mucho que hacer en el valle: termas, cascadas, senderismo, un mercado fabuloso ... kare lodge es el sitio perfecto para alojarse a unos 15 minutos del centro en un remanso de paz. Los dueños te organizan todo tipo de actividades desde una sesión de yoga hasta una deliciosa barbacoa a la luz de una fogata. En definitiva un lugar exquisito.

Légèrement excentré, nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver.
Notre hôte était parfait, avait vraiment à coeur de répondre à toutes nos questions et disponible en permanence. Les tentes spacieuses et confortables ont un petit frigo, une télé et une petite terrasse. Le jardin est trés agréable également.

When Matt and I were there, we stayed in the belly of the beast, by which I mean in town but in the outskirts at Kare Lodge in a safari tent that was imported from South Africa. Oh ya, Glamping in a freaking volcano in Panama!
It was AMAZING! In fact, I really think that staying at Kare Lodge made our experience in El Valle even better.
It was pretty special waking up in the morning, stepping outside, having a teapot of coffee on the deck and looking up at the caldera of the volcano. We felt a deep connection to nature.
When we arrived, we didn’t really know that much about El Valle or what there was to do so we followed Conrad’s advice about things to do. (Conrad owned and operated the lodge.)
